What we see most across Rochester.

First-generation 1990s subdivisions reaching reroof age. A lot of homes in Christian Hills, Heatherwood, and Cottages of Stoney Creek were built between 1988 and 2002. Original 30-year shingles are aging out right around now. We're doing these roofs every week.

Rochester Hills, Rochester (the city), and Oakland Township each have their own permit office, but the process is similar across all three: a building permit is required for any tear-off and replacement, and a final inspection is required to close it out.
