Website information

The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an estimate, an offer, or a contract. Pricing, scope, materials, schedules and warranties for your project are set only in your written estimate and signed contract.

Estimates and contracts

Our in-home inspection and estimate are free, with no obligation to buy. Any work is governed by the written contract you sign with Stormshield Residential Roofing LLC, including its cancellation rights.

Financing

Financing is offered to qualified buyers through Service Finance, subject to credit approval. The lender, not Stormshield, sets eligibility, rates and terms. Stormshield is not a lender.

Insurance claims

Your insurance company decides what is covered under your policy. We do not guarantee any claim outcome.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms and conditions. Stormshield's workmanship warranty, if any, is described in your contract.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Stormshield Residential Roofing sends text messages about estimate requests and appointments (for example, confirmations, scheduling and reminders) to people who opt in. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional offers and updates.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out.
• Help: Reply HELP, call 248-313-2111, or email sales@stormshieldrr.com.
• Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access it without authorization.
