Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stormshield Residential Roofing LLC ("Stormshield," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit stormshieldrr.com, contact us, or receive calls, texts or emails from us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, home address, the service you're interested in, your message, whether you're interested in financing, your text-message consent choices, and any feedback or review you send us after your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and the companies that host and deliver it (for example, our hosting and web-font providers) receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages they view and whether they call or request an estimate. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and schedule your free in-home inspection and estimate.
• To prepare estimates, provide our services, and communicate with you about your project.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
• To help you apply for financing if you ask us to.
• To learn from your feedback and improve our work.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as customer-management, scheduling, messaging, email and website-hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Financing providers, only if you ask to apply for financing.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Stormshield, our customers or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized.

Mobile information: We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages to you.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive text messages, you agree to receive texts from Stormshield Residential Roofing about your estimate request and appointment, and, if you separately agree, occasional offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms of Use for full messaging terms.

Reviews and feedback

After your project, we may ask how we did. Your answers go to our team. Anything you mark as private, such as what we could have done better, is never published. If you check the box giving us permission, we may publish your review on stormshieldrr.com with your first name and city only. We check each review before it appears and remove only content that is offensive, off-topic, includes someone's personal information, or appears fake. We do not remove reviews because they are negative. To have your published review taken down, contact us.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Phone calls: tell us you no longer want to be called.
• Access, correction or deletion: contact us and we will respond as required by law.
